Library Rules
  1. Every student must possess his/her Identity Card/Library card while making use of the Library facilities and produce the same as and when asked by the staff.
  2. Enter your name and sign in the register kept at the entrance counter before entering in the library.
  3. No personal belongings allowed inside the library.
  4. Silence and discipline must be maintained in the Library premises.
  5. Students must make the entry in the book card and check the books while borrowing. They will be responsible for any damage noticed at the time of return.
  6. Students must handle books carefully. Marking with pencil/ink, tearing pages or spoiling books is strictly prohibited.
  7. When books are issued students should check pages. If pages are missing, inform librarian before leaving. Otherwise the last borrower will be responsible.
  8. Reference books are issued only during library working hours.
  9. Newspapers and magazines will not be issued and can only be read inside the library.
  10. If books are lost, the borrower must replace the same or latest edition or pay double the cost with librarian permission.
